Preparation for Worship
Who is my audience? As I am the main actor on the "stage" of my
life…who do I want to impress? Who are the "cloud of witnesses"
surrounding me?  Who is my audience as the curtain rises on this day?

O Lord, you know I have no friend like you.
If heaven's not my home, then, Lord, what will I do;
The angel's beckon me from heaven's open door,
And I can't feel at home in this world anymore.

Challenge:
One:The curtain is rising on this first day of the rest of our lives.
All:   And we are surrounded by many folks here and the faithful
who have gone beyond.
One: Therefore, let us lay aside everything that hinders us…
All:    And run with perseverance the heavenly moments
before us!
One: For the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, Jesus Christ our
Lord, extends to us the call for faithfulness.
All:    When the roll is called down here, let us be found faithful.
