Personal Preparation Imagine God has a plan for lives. A presence in the Holy Spirit for those lives. A purpose in the life of Jesus for those lives! Imagine such for me! Having imagined…let me so live faithfully. Prelude: (this is a gift of music and time for quietness) Call to Celebration One: Everyone starts out young! All: Never yet has someone been born 50 years old! One: Never yet has someone been born with complete bodily growth, or complete intellect or wisdom. All: Everyone starts out young!

Community Sharing Announcements Concerns Joys Prayer
Sharing Our Tithes and Offerings One: Imagine Josiah at the age of 8 beginning his 30 year reign of Judah. All: Long before Daniel was in the lion's den, he served in the court of the King. One: Then there was the young David. First, as a youth, he was in the courtyard of King Saul. Soon, he was king of the courtyard! All: Don't forget Jeremiah! He tried to tell God he was too young to be so godly. God said, "You are just the right age!" One: From what we read, Timothy seemed to be timid…shy… yet he became a great friend and emissary of Paul. All: Above all, don't forget Jesus in his young age-12 years old and already revealing God's will and way for his needy world. One: Imagine being challenged to faithfulness by those who were younger. All: So that we who are older might also live faithfully in our day. One: Ah…the fountain of youth for some. All: The Fountain of Use for all!
Offertory Brethren Service Offering for Samaritan Fellowship Offertory Prayer "Obey My Voice" 163
Hymn of Commitment "I Am Thine, O Lord" 505 One: Let no one despise your youth, but set the believers an example in your speech, your conduct, your love, faith, and purity. I Timothy 4:12 All: If that was good enough for Timothy, it is good enough for us. One: Go and live likewise. All: We go to live likewise. Postlude & Handshakes All Around
